Our fees can change. The booking fee in force when an order is placed is the one that applies to that order. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

The booking fee stays the same however many tickets are in the order.

Is the booking fee charged per ticket?

No. It is charged once per order, however many tickets the order holds.

Do free tickets have a booking fee?

No. An order of only free tickets costs the buyer nothing, and there is no card fee.

Why is the card fee worked out on the booking fee too?

Stripe, our card processor, charges its fee on the whole payment, including our booking fee. We show it as its own line, so you see what it costs.

Does the booking fee include GST?

Yes. The booking fee includes GST. Buyers see it at checkout, apart from your ticket price.

What happens to the booking fee if I refund a ticket?

A refund returns the ticket price and GST. The booking fee is refunded in the cases in our Refund Policy, such as a cancelled event.

Can the fees change?

Yes. The fee when an order is placed is the one that applies to it. Our Organiser Terms explain how changes are made.
